Why Women’s Health Physiotherapy Matters
Women often live with symptoms such as incontinence, prolapse or pelvic pain in silence, believing they are a “normal” part of life. The truth is that these issues can be treated and improved with physiotherapy.
Through targeted pelvic floor rehabilitation, education and lifestyle advice, our team helps women:
- Reduce or resolve bladder and bowel leakage
- Improve pelvic strength and stability
- Manage pain in pregnancy and after childbirth
- Ease symptoms of perimenopause and menopause
- Feel confident and active again
If you are struggling with any of these concerns, you don’t need to wait.
