We have a range of practitioners that can help you to achieve your physical goals, ranging from physiotherapy guided exercise programmes, personal training, Pilates, Yoga and the Alexander technique which can be booked on a one to one or small group basis
Derek Graham- Personal Trainer
Derek is a fully qualified personal trainer and has been working with many clients in Lymington and the New Forest areas for the past 4 years. With over 30 years experience in the fitness environment, he has a wealth of knowledge that will help you achieve your fitness goals and get you feeling fitter and stronger than you have done in years.
Derek’s approach has always been personalised in that you will receive a bespoke fitness plan to improve your strength, balance and core stability thereby reducing the risk of injuries and enhancing your overall level well-being and quality of life.
Finn Kellow-Webb- Alexander Technique
Finn is a mind and body balance coach who incorporates the Alexander Technique within his practice. The sessions are either individual or in small group formats.
The objective of the approach is to help in areas such as balance retraining for the prevention of falls, gait and functional retraining after surgery or post neurological injury, such as after a stroke. Finn also specialises in natural running sessions, life coaching, including promoting resilience, confidence, alignment and purpose, and heart breath workshops.
Finn’s approach has also proven successful in educating musicians, singers and athletes in how to optimise their function and subsequently improve performance.
Juliet’s Pilates
Juliet has 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry, as a Pilates teacher, teacher trainer, and Personal Trainer, working to improve functional strength, balance, and mobility, through:
