Knee Pain

The knee joint presents many potential sources of pain and immobility that can restrict your quality of life. Acute and chronic conditions can traumatise the local soft tissues, such as the muscles, ligaments, tendons and fluid filled sacs (bursa) that sit in and around the joint, or the cartilage (menisci) that act as shock absorbers within the joint.

Your highly skilled therapist will assess these structures, after having taken a comprehensive history of your condition, and help to formulate an individually tailored treatment and rehabilitation plan that will help to promote your return to activity as quickly and as safely as possible.
