Professor David Warwick
Professor David Warwick is a senior Hand Surgeon in Wessex. He is qualified with the European Diploma of Hand Surgery. He is based at University Hospital Southampton and at The Arches Physiotherapy Clinic in Lymington, UK. His teaching, research, and international reputation were rewarded by the University of Southampton with an Honorary Professorship in 2013. His NHS contribution has been rewarded with a Bronze Clinical Excellence award. David was President of the British Society for Surgery of the Hand in 2020, in recognition of his contribution to UK hand surgery he was awarded a Doctorate for his work on Dupuytren’s Disease.
Andy Cole

Mr Cole is a specialist, Fellowship trained shoulder surgeon. He offers a full range of the most up to date surgical techniques much of which is done arthroscopically (as keyhole surgery).
Mr Cole maintains a comprehensive data base of all his procedures and results which is continually updated. Mr. Cole will be happy to talk to you about the expected outcome of all his surgical procedures at your consultation.
Jeremy Latham

Mr Latham specialises in hip replacement, hip resurfacing and revision hip surgery. Having trained in Oxford, Adelaide and Birmingham, he has been a hip surgeon for 25 years.
His main practice is at the Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital in Chandlers Ford whilst also consulting at King Edward VII’s Hospital in London and now at The Arches Physiotherapy in Lymington. Nick Hancock

Mr Nick Hancock is an international fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in Knee Surgery and Trauma. Within his specialty he has published numerous articles and trained other surgeons.
In his current position as Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the University Hospitals of Southampton, Mr Hancock helps develop the latest surgical techniques and regularly teaches other surgeons in the UK and abroad.
Sports Medicine
The Arches, Lymington Sports Medicine clinic is led by current Southampton FC First Team Doctor, Iñigo Sarriegui.
Iñigo is an experienced Sports Medicine doctor who also works as a Sports Doctor to Olympic and Paralympic athletes as well as having been a team doctor to a professional cycling team on the World Tour.
He is a Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme approved Sports Medicine doctor. This, together with 8 years of experience within the MOD regional rehabilitation units, enables him to help assess and treat bone, muscle, tendon and ligament injuries, prescribing and managing return to play from concussion in athletes, as well as managing medical causes of underperformance.
