Olivia Boot (MSTAT) will be joining the team at The Arches to teach the Alexander Technique which encourages you to move more consciously through all activities of daily life. Bringing awareness to your postural state can alleviate pain and compression, allowing the body to heal.

It can assist in the prevention of injuries which arise from postural compromise and repetitive strain. You can learn to rediscover ease and joy in everyday movements and freedom in high-skill activities.

Diana is an experienced therapeutic counsellor offering a calm, supportive space for you to explore life’s challenges and nurture your emotional wellbeing at The Arches.

Diana works with adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, stress, low mood, bereavement, trauma, chronic pain, and life transitions. Her approach is integrative and person-centred, meaning that you work together at your pace to build understanding, resilience and self-compassion.

Alongside counselling, Diana also offers yoga therapy and restorative wellbeing workshops, bringing gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness to support mind-body balance.
