Wellness by The Arches
At The Arches we believe in a holistic approach to overall wellbeing, combining healthy activity alongside other modalities of relaxation and inner self-discovery.
Our Wellness events bring carefully selected blends of Movement, Mind and Body Balance, focussing on the importance of self-care, encouraging healthier habits, and a more positive mindset.
Our excellent and supportive team of instructors and professionals bring their expertise through Yoga, Sound Healing, Reiki, Pilates, Breath Work, Nutrition, Exercise & Sport Psychology, Life Coaching and more.
Our Serenity Series has continued to be a popular half day event. Bringing “a Measure of Movement, a Wedge of Wellbeing, and a Sprinkling of Self-Care”, and with accompanying refreshments to keep you topped up, you are guaranteed to feel calmer and more energised than when you arrived!
We have also hosted a Retreat Day at Balmer Lawn Hotel in Brockenhurst, and will be planning more such events in the near future.
